After a morning of birding near Tingley Beach, I wandered through the nearby neighborhoods until I discovered Bosque Bakery, where flaky, buttery empanadas and a variety of freshly baked breads, especially the green chile sourdough, instantly won me over. The cozy, rustic atmosphere and friendly staff complemented the delicious treats that have since become a weekly indulgence, each bite bursting with unique flavors that showcase the local love for green chiles.
