It is pretty good as far as teriaki fast food goes. Good sauce simple meals at decent prices. Every now and then they miss on a food item but its generally good. All the ichi places are pretty good stuff.

I've been a customer of Ichi 16 for more than 5 years. Today, for the first time, the food was definitely unsatisfactory. I ordered chicken fried rice. I've had this many times. Today, the portion consisted of almost exclusively rice with a small amount of peas, carrots and corn, obviously a mixture of frozen veggies we all have in our freezers. The amount of chicken was miniscule. It was chopped up so small, it was almost impossible to see it. There was a fair amount of chicken skin in the mix. YUK

The price has gone up.

I will not be going back to Ichi 16.
