The cozy diner atmosphere at this local gem in Athens, GA offers carefully prepared classic Southern American staples, allowing for a customized menu selection for even the pickiest of eaters, with favorites like the Reuben sandwich and chicken salad, all served in a warm and welcoming environment reminiscent of breakfast at grandma's.

Em's Kitchen has the best chicken salad by far in Athens, Georgia. The family of Em's and Hawthorne Drugs are so kind. When I came to Athens in 2007 they were so welcoming and helpful in my work w/ the elderly.
