Poutine is an incredible dish that I was thrilled to finally try after hearing so much about it from my Canadian friends. The truck's service was quick, and the generous portions of pulled chicken and gravy made for a comforting meal on a chilly day. I'm already looking forward to my next visit, where I'll adjust my order to enjoy the fries with just the right amount of gravy.
