In the quaint town of Quemado, NM, with a population of 173, it's important to adjust your expectations accordingly. During my recent visit, I dined at the Largo Cafe & Hotel and savored their Green Chile Cheese Burger with a side of delicious fries. The room was simple yet clean, equipped with essential amenities like a TV, WiFi, fridge, and microwave, making for a peaceful stay amidst the serene surroundings.

Green Chile cheese burger and cheese burger were so good fries were also tasty. Would recommend them. Service was great treated well. Would definitely come back.
