Prairie Fire Oven catered my sister's wedding and their service was outstanding! The team was punctual, courteous, and they served up some incredibly tasty, freshly made pizzas. I discovered them through my chef friend Craig, who had them cater a private party at our home, and now I can't wait for them to cater my daughter's graduation party next weekend. The pizzas are simply amazing, with a perfect balance of flavors and quality ingredients - definitely a must-try!
