Yesterday, I had to visit someone at the hospital, which is never a great time. Sweetie and I were looking for lunch when we spotted a food truck nearby, so we decided to check it out. I went with the Banh Meanie, and it was absolutely delicious, perfectly marinated and loaded with fresh veggies; I can't wait to go back!
