I recently tried the most amazing organic food truck in South Florida that offers vegan, vegetarian, and fresh fish options. Located outside Funky Buddha Brewery in Oakland Park last weekend, this truck impressed me with their delicious dishes, including the sushi-grade tuna poke and incredible fish dip. The generous portions and overall menu left me eager to visit them again, even if I have to make a trip up to Jupiter to track them down - their organic offerings were a definite score!
