I tried the beef empanada and beef tacos from the food truck today, and they were both fresh and delicious. The Chipotle sauce that came with the empanadas was particularly tasty. I plan on ordering from this food truck again next time I'm in town. The chicken tacos and empanadas I ordered from this food truck at a private event were really good, and the service was quick and friendly. I would definitely return if I saw this truck at another event. My wife and I visited Roger Williams Food Truck Friday and decided to try out the Asian Latin Fusion truck. We ordered the veggie dumplings, which were absolutely delicious. We look forward to trying more items from their menu in the future.
