More a gourmet restaurant than a burger joint---ARE THEY KIDDING? You have to line up 3 deep at a counter to give your order. No waitstaff. Garish lighting. The fries looked like the oil that fried them hadn't been changed in a year. Impossible to get directions to the Woodbury location from totally clueless phone answerer. We left without ordering and went up the road to PJ Clarke for a delicious burger served by a lovely waitress. It included golden fresh fries. Burgerfi is guilty of false advertising andshould not make false claims. It gives a bad name to good burger joints.
