Everything I have had since new ownership has been great. They haven't changed much if anything and have added tons of great things to the menu and the store. They have made it more of a one stop shop and the customer service is 1000 times better and they don't just favor the locals. If they don't have something you want just ask and they will try and stock it.. They are working through the quirks and that takes time..the store had had no upgrades in years...just bandaids to hold it together...The previous owners were not very nice...maybe they were burnt out and needed a change..but I am easy going and don't complain much but I never got a smile from anyone ...

DO NOT order the cowboy burger as they have changed the burger to like mcd/bk. Just ordered, thought it tasted diff, so looked at it as had cut in half .. SOOO disappointed as was tasting for a good burger = couldn't even taste the burger over the other stuff. Was one if my fave things....not for almost $12. Giving a 1 star so this shows up. Am not a picky eater, so for me to get on here to put out there how bad it is, it's got to be really bad :( wish i could post a pic
