The bacon-wrapped filet was cooked perfectly to my liking, and the BBQ aroma was enticing. During my visit to drop off a deer for processing, I enjoyed a delicious sliced brisket sandwich while my wife had the brisket tots, and we were impressed by the friendly service and inviting atmosphere.

Always good food. Prices on meals is comparable to larger restaurants. I prefer local mom and pop businesses. The meat market is higher-end local grown. I have done business here for 20+ years and will continue.
