When the Fry Bread people are nearby, I can't resist indulging in their flavorful creation made with sweet potato, corn, black beans, and jalapeno. The food truck is a standout in the Tampa area, embodying the true spirit of a mobile culinary experience. I look forward to exploring more of their menu options and providing an updated review after my next visit to Gandy's FOODIE FRIDAY'S event. The sweet potato fries covered in pulled pork, jalapenos, chives, sour cream, and a hint of secret seasoning, along with the plain and powdered fry bread, were simply heavenly.
