I had a recent experience at a wing place where I called in my order and had to wait for a bit before hanging up. Surprisingly, the guy called me back to apologize for the delay and took my order. The wings turned out to be really delicious and the service was great overall. Despite occasional hiccups, I find that it's worth the effort to ensure you get exactly what you want from this place.
