The restaurant on Bainbridge Blvd offers a cozy atmosphere, though it has limited seating with just two tables, so ordering takeout is a great option. My meal of smothered pork chops was flavorful, accompanied by delicious yams and cornbread, while my family's selection included turkey wings and fried catfish, all of which were well-received. Despite a slight hiccup with the kitchen, the staff's kindness and the quality of the food more than compensated for any delays, making it a memorable experience that I look forward to repeating.

It was my first time there. I'm a visitor to Virginia. I was very happy it's a black own business. It s a take out restuarant. Be sure to review your order I took my drink to the car. Because I walked in with a cane, i was meet at the door with the rest of my. I order two desserts. Drove back to the beach to find only 1 dessert 6 the bag. The place wasn't inviting all chairs push against the wall. The pork chop smothered with greens and yams. Was awesome. I received enough food to have two meals. I also got a kids meals enough to feed 2 kids. I just don't like paying for food I don't receive. Gas is too high to return.

This restaurant is NEVER OPEN. I drove out there from Chesapeake twice on days when they were SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN and they were CLOSED. I refuse to go there again!!!

My coworkers and I were so excited to see a new place open where Some Da Eat used to be but we were very disappointed. The food was overpriced ($13.95 for a pork chop dinner) very thin dry pork chops, tasted like old oil and they just opened at noon (we came in at 12:15) sides were very salty. The cashier was on her cellphone having a personal conversation while helping the person in front of me and behind, etc. so needless to say, one of the orders was wrong. Won't be back.
