Very disappointed

I waited 20 minutes for a drink and over an hour for food. The owner was not nice to me when I complained. Did not even say he was sorry for the wait. He was nasty. This was my third bad experience. I will not be back. The. Food was just mediocre.

So I waited awhile before posting this because I wanted to make sure it wasn't just me. After reading the reviews I guess I am not alone.

We went there Saturday.

First we got there and the hostess was just rude. She thought by using sarcasm and jokes she was being funny? She said we could pick where we wanted to eat - first table was right by the door. We went around the corner and there was a tall table - I have a torn ligsment on my foot and sitting so high, having to support myself with my feet on the stool rung would have been painful. Both my husband and I have bad backs and it just isn't pleasant - he was airborne for 5 years and has booked over 30 jumps and I've been in a couple if car accidents. I simply said my foot is injured and she smirked and said in a sarcastic tone "we have this big table back here" (one of about 4 or 5 open "big tables" so I don't see what the big deal was). As she set the menus down at the 6 seater she said "let me know if you want anymore chairs to put your foot up on" while smirking at my husband and followed it by an exasperated "let me take care of all this extra silverware."

That set the tone for the night.

The waiter barely made it to our table, never replenished our water, and we saw him three times at our table - to order, to bring food, and to bring the check. It wasn't busy in hus section.

He didn't deserve a tip, but times are hard and I gave him a little over 20% anyway. Maybe he was having personal problems? Who knows.

The tacos were dry and not seasoned, even hot sauce, guacamole, or salsa could not save it. The corn tortillas were between super chewy and soggy falling apart.

The one time I got up to use the restroom a waitress just cut me off, nothing in her hands, just acted like I wasn't walking down the main aisle (for lack of a better word).

No one in that place has manners or knows how to season food.

I was never rude once, know how to use the magic words "please" and "thank you," never mean to anyone even though we were being treated like trash. I tried killing the bad attitudes with kindness (like I was taught going up) the entire time, but to no avail, these people just wanted to be angry.

If you like flavorless tacos that cater to people who can't handle spice and like being abused this is the place for you. Otherwise stay clear.

Also, it is very interesting that they have reviews shut off on Facebook?

The food at Amigos is superior! Fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, beautifully presented. Dont let these poorly written nasty reviews sway you. They are about differering political views and NOTHING else! We go for the ambiance, excellent food and great service!

Doesn't even deserve one star... my dog wouldn't eat their excuse for food. BEWARE! Save your money and your stomach.

The food here is absoulutly horrible !!!! The staff was worst ever, they were more interested in bullishitting with each other than a customer. The local agent will give you a better meal. My advise, 86 this place and you will be happy!!!!

the wait staff where slow, there hands looked dirty. After waiting 45 minutes , the food came out cold. when we got up to leave this lady came over and accused us of trying to skip out on the bill. used foul language at us and threatened to call police.

If I could give a Zero I would. Food was terrible and inedible, drinks were watered down, table looked like it had never been wiped clean, didn't notice the bugs all over the floor until we were leaving, staff was rude and lazy.
