The freshness and vibrant presentation of the fish instantly reminded me of the flavors I enjoyed in Hawaii, with each bite melting smoothly and leaving a satisfying taste. Ordering through the futuristic iPad system was quick and efficient, and though the seating area is cozy and minimal, the quality and portion sizes offer great value for the price. While some dishes shined more than others, the overall experience left me eager to return and explore more of their menu, especially the chirashi bowls.
