CAUTION! ROTTEN COMPANY! This is one of the most unprofessional companies that I've ever been associated with in over 30 years of doing business! My wife and I contracted them to co-pack a family salsa recipe and the following is a summary of our recent experience:

- We paid the full amount for all product up front as a good faith gesture. The complete order was promised the next week, but instead we got strung out for a month with a host of excusess

- They never called us once to provdie an update. We had to consistently call them and, again, got nothing but delays and excuses

- Because of the issue in bullet point #1, when the product finally did ship, we communicated that we would pay the small shipping invoice in full as soon as we rceived the order. But because we didn't pay the bill right away (i.e, same day as the shipment went out), we got several nasty text messages from BOB ROBERTI (husband)

- Upon receiving MR. ROBERTI'S texts, my wife called him in an effort to tactfully and professionally discuss the shipping issue. As opposed to calmly talking to her, he immediately went on a rant and then hung up on her!

- Once the order was received, the quantities of each flavor were completely wrong and, due to poor packaging, there were several jars that were broken (I actually cut my hand during the unpacking). The broken jars caused mold to grow all over the boxes and left a very foul ordor in our home

- They never once apologized to us, the customer, for what happened

Again, HORRIBLE COMPANY AND EXPERIENCE, and BOB ROBERTI GAVE US NOTHING BUT TROUBLE
