The only way I could find to reply to the review above, was to leave a review myself. I realize that your review is from back in 2015, but I am just now seeing it. A little harsh, but everyone has their own opinion. I apologize that your experience was less than epic, and would love for you to give us a chance to redeem ourselves. Just to clear a few things up...1. our slaw is not grass clippings, it is just made differently than how most people are used to. 2. Our crab cakes are mostly crab meet, so I am not sure where this came from. 3. The fish sandwich is not frozen, and the bun is definitely bread. Plastic is unacceptable so we try not to serve it. Like I said above, we would love for you to come try us out again. If not, thank you for your criticism and have a lovely day!

Dear Readers,
On Sunday night we were on the way to Hatteras and were tired after 5 hours driving, we stop by this awful place to eat. The food was awful, I ordered fish fried sandwich, it was the worst thing ever I have seen in my life, it was a frozen unknown fish, outside of it was burned and inside was frozen, the roll was like a piece of plastic and coleslaw was like grass in my backyard. My wife and mother in-law ordered crab cake and didn't even eat it, it smelled so bad and barley had any crab meat in it. I don't understand how they even would allow such restaurant be there to destroy the name of great Carolina seafood.
This place has the worst what they call sea food in entire Outer banks. They should be ashamed of serving people such awful food and yet call it seafood. If anyone decides to go for Lunch/dinner here, then does better of throw his money away.
Mr. Armstrong, you have got to be ashamed of yourself for ruined the name of Carolina Seafood. Close the place and do the Outer Banks Seafood industries a favor.
