The food here is really good, especially the papas sincronizada for breakfast, but the service can be a bit slow and the waitstaff sometimes seem impatient. I usually go with my mom who loves the food, and the staff treat me like a celebrity, which makes the experience enjoyable despite the wait. There are three locations in the Coachella Valley, and the quality and service are consistent, so I often just grab takeout to avoid delays.

The food at Los Corrales is delicious, but the service can be improved as the waitresses seem impatient. Despite this, my mom enjoys the food when we visit this restaurant in Southern California. The staff always treats me well and the food has consistently been delicious, making it one of my favorite places to eat.
