I highly recommend trying the full-size beet salad at Azure. The combination of red and gold beets with goat cheese, crumbled pistachios, and balsamic is a delightful mix of flavors. Adding grilled salmon to the salad takes it to another level of deliciousness. I would definitely order this salad again!
