Horrible, just horrible:-( Ruined my Col husband's retirement ceremony completely. Despite obvious mistakes, raw shrimp served "by mistake" and correct shrimp not showing up until 15 min before the event was completely over, food only left out for 30 min or less to eat at the ceremony due to showing up at the wrong time, leaving food out for 1-1.5 hours before serving, removing all the food before people got a chance to eat and lying saying everyone ate the food when the leftovers were visibly being placed back into their truck, bringing the old lunch food (shrimp, soggy egg rolls, soupy chicken salad, and cold vegetable squares in a throw away container) to serve at the dinner (and argue that it is fresh made), which I had paid for twice, not enough pulled pork sandwiches to feed 50 (only 30 sandwiches), no coleslaw that was paid for, no "make your own pulled pork sandwich", no water that was ordered, ice tea was left over from the lunch (which we again paid for twice), left none of the extra food not placed out, and not enough serving utensils or chaffing dishes. I would strongly not recommend this place for anything. No customer service at all and lies to customers. Highly unprofessional. They took our $7000, provided $100 or less of service and quality food, and did not offer to make anything right. Manager said "I was throwing darts" and asked for me to do a 3-way call with the owner during my evening dinner event. Then was told the owner would call me Monday. Items paid for were missing and display at dinner looked like a 2 year old set it up. Paid for 100 people for lunch and 50 people for dinner and there was not even enough food for 30 people at either event. NO ONE is responding from this company--they will not answer calls, return emails, or return texts or messages. This is a Fraudulent company so please STAY AWAY!!!!
