The food and service at Bamboo Creek in Palm Coast are consistently excellent, making it my go-to Chinese restaurant. From the hot and plentiful beef lo mein to the authentic flavors of the dishes, I have never been disappointed with my meals here. With generous portion sizes and a variety of tasty options on the menu, I always leave satisfied and eager to return for more delicious meals.

Called today and the lady on the phone was a smart -ss, I asked to order 2 white rice and she continuously asked "Any thing else" in a rushing and rude manner. I couldn't understand her very well at times so I would ask for her to repeat herself which she then proceeded to scream at me through the phone. Someone needs to improve their customer service skills.

The Orange Chicken is stringy and hard. Absolutely disgusting, this place needs to be shut down.

Pickup

The food was excellent. The order was prepared exactly at the time requested and they take the virus protocol very seriously with their curbside pickup design.
