I've always had great experiences shopping at Barnes and Noble Booksellers, especially at the Deerbrook mall location. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help me find what I need, even offering to order items for store delivery. The only downside is the cleanliness of the ladies' room, but overall, it's a fantastic bookstore with a cozy Starbucks inside.
