By reading other reviews and looking the their on line menu, we thought this would be a "nice" italian restaurant to eat dinner and celebrate my boyfriends 30th birthday.
Being just the two of us, we were sat and a booth meant for 6/8 people. I can understand it may have just been the server rotation and she had no other open tables. I honestly would have rather waited for a smaller table to open up.
When we sat down, not only was there linen on the table but there was two HUGE sheets of paper layered on it as well. When i asked the server why there was paper she replied, "Because it costs too much to wash the linens all the time", and she proceeds to write her name on the paper in green crayon.
I orderd a Pinot Gris, and she looks at me blankly for a few seconds and says, "Thats wine, right"?
I didn't realise until the bill was brought over that she had infact brought me a Pinot Grigio. I had never tried the brand i had orderd but could tell it didn't have the fruity bite.
There were two tv's in the bar we cxould see. Both had the same thing on. So we asked our server if she could turn one to the UFC fights on fox 11. She had the bartender change it with no issue. About 20 to 30 minutes later, a different bartender changed the channel so my boyfriend went up to the bar ands asked if she could please turn it back, since one again, both tv's had the same thing on them. She rolled her eyes, turned the channel and a guest at the bar commented rudly about how he didn't need it on both tv's anyway. The bartender literally watched us the WHOLE tiime we were eating waiting for us to leave. It was very uncomfotable and rude.
When the bill was brought and i pointed out to the server that she brought me the wrong wine, she said sorry. That was it....
I will NEVER be returning there again.
If you are looking for low class, too expensive for the low quality food they serve, then this is the place for you.
