My group and I traveled from Shreveport to Little Rock for a soccer tournament, and we decided to have dinner at BJs. Our server, Stephen (with a PH), provided exceptional service, attending to our needs and ensuring our dining experience was enjoyable. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and the overall atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, making it a memorable meal. Additionally, when my friend called multiple times with questions about our online order, the staff member on the phone was patient and kind, going above and beyond to accommodate our requests when we picked up our pizzas. The customer service we received was truly outstanding, exceeding our expectations.
