Waiting a few minutes for food is always a good sign, especially when the nice lady at the window shares that they slow smoke all their meat. I ordered pork shoulder and smoked brisket tacos with corn tortillas, topped with fresh pico and jarred jalapeños, and they were fantastic-definitely looking forward to trying more from the menu next time I'm around!
