I met Dave "Devo" de Varona behind the counter of one of his eight locations and asked for his signature dish, which turned out to be the steak'n'prawn burrito topped with a flavorful tomato and red chili sauce. Dave personally brought over a creamy sour cream, jalapeno, and garlic sauce that perfectly complemented the shrimp, and the whole meal was fresh, tasty, and generously portioned. Throughout my time there, the staff's friendly, laid-back vibe and genuine enjoyment of their work made the experience memorable, and I'm eager to try the Queen Anne location next.
