I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant with great service and delicious food. The wings were a standout dish, and the prime rib dinner for two was excellent value for the quality. I will definitely return for more of their tasty offerings.

My wife and I received a gift car to the Bay city MI location. This was a few years ago for x-mas. We had heard a few bad reviews so we had stayed away. Well we decided to night we would give branns a chance.We figured It cant be that bad if they are still open. Boy Were we wrong. Upon entering we were seated and told we would be brought kids menus for or children. After 15 minutes a server came out and asked what we would like to drink? With no children's menus. We placed our drink orders. after about ten minutes had passed he cam back to our table with the drinks says "sorry it took so long, He could not find the orange juice," I asked him did you look in the fridge? Then he took an appetizer order. 20 minuted later he came back and said sorry " somebody stole your appetizers". At that point i looked at him with disbelief. Then after about another 20 minutes He came out with the appetizers and took our dinner order. After about 50 minutes our dinners show up they were 0 for 4 did not bring my daughters pizza out, overcooked my other daughters burger, forgot to bring my wife's sides. and my steak felt like it had been outside in our Michigan winter for about 5 minutes before they brought it out. So in closing we ate ate subway and were very satisfied. If you are looking to kill 3 hours and be very disappointed Please choose Branns You'll be glad you did.
