Hands down, the best Mexican food joint in Provo! As an Arizonan, my taste buds are picky, but this place nailed it! The Birria bowl was a flavor explosion - cheesy Birria tacos and spicy Tapatio-flavored ramen had me hooked. The service was quick, the music was groovy, and the Tijuana Burrito was a taste sensation. If you want a fiesta in your mouth, Brassas is the place to be!
