After a rewarding hike at White Butte, Aimee and I enjoyed a fantastic dinner experience at the Brickhouse, where the ribeye was incredibly tender and flavorful. The ambiance, while not entirely cozy, was complemented by excellent service, and I can't help but suggest stopping by for their delicious lemon dessert and a refreshing cocktail.
