Since moving to Florida from Texas, I struggled to find good BBQ until I discovered Bricks in Sarasota. My wife loved the smoky, tender turkey, and I was all about the brisket and St. Louis ribs, which were incredible-perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. We had a fantastic time last week with excellent service from Michael, and I can't wait to go back for more of that delicious food!
