The recent catering order, just under $1,000, arrived with great delivery and delicious, fresh, and flavorful food like the pulled pork salad wrapped in a warm tortilla and the saucy burrito my son loved, but despite the excellent service and friendly staff who even drew a smiley face on my container, I was frustrated by the lack of a tipping option on the receipt and the complicated process to reward the delivery team, while enjoying the handmade tortillas, tasty chicken tacos with tomatillo ranch, flavorful tortilla soup, and standout nachos that make this dining experience far better than other casual Mexican fast food options.

Recently had a catering event and it went smoothly. The total bill came in just below $1,000, but there was no option to tip the delivery team on the receipt. Tried calling to sort it out, but it felt like hitting a dead end. Overall, a bit frustrating, but the food was excellent and the service was friendly.
