After reading other reviews, I decided to try the cracklin, boudin, and sausage. I usually purchase these items from Lafayette and Scott but wanted to find something closer to home. The boudin and sausage were enjoyable with a balanced flavor profile, but the crackling lacked seasoning, prompting me to return to ensure it was not accidentally unseasoned.

All of their food is Amazing! We have enjoyed going in to pick out the different varieties of choices that they provide. Delicious!!
