During a weekend visit to Calistoga, I tried the Thai restaurant that's the only one in town and was pleasantly surprised by the authentic flavors and fresh ingredients. The dishes like the curried duck, crying tiger beef, and Chicken Panang Curry were flavorful and well-prepared, with the veggies cooked perfectly and sauces that complemented without overpowering. The service was friendly and efficient despite being short-staffed, the atmosphere was clean and inviting, and I'm looking forward to returning to try more of their menu.
