For an authentic Mexican dining experience, head to Carnicerias Guanajuato in the Wicker area. The grocery store offers a variety of Mexican staples and ingredients, while the little restaurant tucked in the back serves up delicious meat options like ox tongue tacos and chorizo burritos. The staff is incredibly friendly, making it a regular dining spot for us during the week.
