The steak at Casa de Adobe in Rio Grande, Texas was surprisingly tender and flavorful, cooked to a perfect medium rare. The green beans and sweet potato sides complemented the steak beautifully. The service was attentive and welcoming, adding to the overall enjoyable dining experience.
