On my Route 66 adventure, I discovered a fantastic Mexican restaurant that serves fresh homemade salsa, guacamole, and large portions of delicious food. The friendly staff and consistently good meals, including perfectly cooked Spanish rice and savory chili Colorado, made for an enjoyable dining experience.
