The meal my husband and I had at Charleston's was a bit disappointing with the prime rib not cooked as we preferred and the green beans lacking in flavor. However, the service was excellent, the ambiance was pleasant, and the staff made the dining experience enjoyable overall. Despite the minor setbacks, the variety of food options and the attentive service make me inclined to return to Charleston's in the future.
