They were completely out of drinks and i Waited 32 minutes for one sandwhich... which would have been fine had the sandwich been made correctly. I asked for EXTRA mushrooms and the sandwich was supposed to be TO GO. When she called my number I noticed that it was on a tray and not in a bag. I politely said im sorry but this is to go. She rolled her eyes and huffed and threw my sandwich in a bag.. UNWRAPPED, AND UNCOVERED... to which I had to carry the bag sideways... when I got outside to sit down I took a bite of the sandwich and noticed there were NO MUSHROOMS... I open the sandwich and pulled it apart looking for mushrrom... there was literally ONE sliver on a half of a regular sized sandwich... I brought it back... because I mean, whats a Philly with out mushrooms (and one sliver of onion and 2 slivers of pepper weren't helping.)...
When I got there they were turning away 4 other customers because "they were closing for 25 minutes" AT 1230 IN THE AFTERNOON...
I told the lady that there were no mushrooms and that I asked for extra...
She said let me see the sandwich. So I proceed to pull apart the sandwich. She decides she's gonna be mad and tell me there are mushrooms and points to the ONE SLIVER of mushroom on the half of sandwich... I said ma'am that is not extra mushrooms, its hardly any mushrooms at all.. she rolls her eyes and tells me well ill go talk to her.... at this point I'm frustrated because it shouldn't be that much of a problem for you to fix a sandwich... I asked for a refund...

She gets even more irritated... then proceeds to tell the other lady that I want a refund... SHE STARTS TALKING RUDELY ABOUT THE SITUATION IN SPANISH NOT KNOWING I SPEAK SPANISH!!

I tried to give the bag to her to throw away she said I dont want that. So I threw it in the trash 4 feet behind me... right before she gave me my money she pulls her hand back and goes " did you throw the sandwich away" LIKE I CLEARLY DONT WANT YOUR POORLY MADE SANDWHICH IF I JUST WENT THROUGH ALL THAT TROUBLE TO GET A REFUND!!

Worst great steak EVER DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
