Just ate at Cheddar's in Pigeon Forge. The food use to be wonderful pre-Covid! But today the bread was cold, food was luke warm & almost tasteless. They no longer have their wonderful onion rings for an appetizer. We waited 25 minutes for our bill. The server finally came back by our table & asked if we needed anything else & we asked for our bill. Then she showed us how to check ourselves out with the little computer on the table. Wished we had known that bit of information once we were seated. Will no longer eat at Cheddar's or recommend to our friends.

Ate here last night, , waited at least 10 minutes for a server. Took our drink order, came back with water quickly. Took a good 15 minutes to get drink Oder from the bar! When the waitress first came to the table she apologized for the wait, said she had been working on a drain, really! Food taste was good but 2 of the 3 plates were only warm, never got the brown sugar or steak sauce. Apologized at the end. Never came back to the table to ask if everything was alright. She was training and only had 3 tables to wait on. Told manager, like a previous review never offered dessert, discount and didn't even offer an apolog! This is certainly not the service I have received previously nor at other locations. All the businesses around had Christmas lights but not Cheddars, so disappointed!!!

We have ate at many different restaurants while here in Pigeon Forge but I must say we have gotten some of the best food in town at this Cheddars. I would most definitely recommend it and will be going back

We have eaten at this Cheddars many times including May 4th. The food and service has always been very good except for May 4th. My husband and I both ordered the Pot. Soup, salad and half club sandwiches, we have ordered this many times before at this location and at he Bristol Va location/ this time the food was not at the standard that we have reeived before. One main problem was that our waitress did not check on us, secondly our sandwich was only half put together in that the meat was all in one place and very minimial and no bacon on the sandwich. the soup was very thin and not like the soup we have had before. I usually do not do negative reviews but in doing this revieew I hope it will give feedback to suggest change.
