Always amazing!

This was, hands down, the best Chinese food I've ever had. I went to the Ephrata, PA location while out of town, and I was not disappointed- The shrimp egg roll contained numerous, whole shrimp; the wonton egg drop soup was tasty and satisfying; the fried dumplings, even when reheated days later, were simply yummy, and the chicken and pork lo mein was well portioned and filling. (Cont'd - my first review was sent before completed)
The restaurants in my area produce food that is rather greasy and nowhere near as fresh tasting as this location of China Moon in Ephrata. If I'm ever in their region again, I will return!
