A service of terrible quality they announce meals with a high standard of quality and you do not receive what you buy I would never recommend everything very slow and not very good cleaning I would not return to that place I do not recommend it

We ordered from here on Doordash because we wanted some seafood. Doordash got the order wrong so we called Claws and spoke to Keyon(not sure if spelled correctly ) he was so polite and made sure the order was placed again. I have to add that his customer service skills alone have a customer for life from us. You dont typically get this kind of service from businesses anymore. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. This was the Brandon location off of Lithia Pinecrest not the Riverview but they are the same company so I left the review here. Ps the food we got that was incorrect was delicious. And the Calypso punch was awesome as well.

The service was amazingly slow and the food was way overpriced for what I received. I ordered the fried lobster bites and they gave me less than a handful, plus they were supposed to be seasoned with Old Bay, but I didn't taste anything at all, they were bland and cold. The fries were also cold and they were waffle fries instead of the advertised string fries, and it looked as if they gave me the crumbs from the bottom of the bag, as they were all tiny little pieces. To top it off, they had no salt and I had to ask for ketchup.
