While staying at the Roosevelt, I found Cloe's at the end of the block, which offered a convenient 24-hour menu with a wide selection of drinks and snacks. The grilled flounder and fried shrimp were well seasoned though modest in portion, but the flatbread and hummus stood out, complemented by attentive service and a pleasant atmosphere in the French Quarter.
