11/24/2021 - No Linger A Customer
Ordered a pie for thanksgiving, weeks in advance. They send notification that’s it’s ready to be picked up. I get there wait for an hour in line. Staff has zero sense of urgency or care for that matter. Finally get to the front and they tell me they don’t have my pie. Day before thanksgiving. What a joke. All the manager can say is “we’re doing the best we can”. They were also lacking items for pre-ordered holiday meals and offering apologies. Haha! WOW! Get it together Crema! Forcing at least 1 star otherwise I’d give 0.
