Horrible customer service. the staff was unprofessional. food for its taste was over priced. my wife and I went out today 12/26/14 to dine in that restaurant. we ordered two entrees. we were not greeted by anyone of the staff. we were not sure were welcome there. the waitress came and took our order and requested to bring us a cup of milk and coffee right away. then few minutes later a group of six white people entered the restaurant and even before they sat down they were greeted loudly. then the same waitress who did not pay attention to us when we came in stopped our milk and coffee order came to help them sit and arrange the table for them. the same waitress said to us i will bring your milk and coffee right away after i am done helping them. then she brought us two cups of water and for the group of six who were sitting next to us she brought them water and lemonade for free. it was free but she did not offer us. then the good and funny part comes. after we were done eating I ordered a cup of tea and it took her for ever to bring it to me and the same waitress came and she said she was sorry because the cook/owner went out to buy some tea for they had gone out of supplies. I said OK. then the cook came out of the kitchen to ask the group of six how the food was if anything there was they needed and then from a distance she asked us how was the food and we said it was OK. what saddened us was after the group of six white people were done eating and one of them got up to pay the bill at the front desk and returned to his table to the waiting friends they were all ready to go and they were thanking the person who got the bill for them. but they were all surprised when the cook again came out from her kitchen carrying deserts to their table they did not order. everybody said "wow!" and the cook said in reply Merry Christmas to you while placing the desert on the table. and few seconds later one of the waitresses came to the same table with forks for each and i thought she was bring us similar desert to our table but i was wrong. and then i said to the waitress after i got her attention, please the check hurriedly i wanted to leave right away. the check came and the check returned to her with out a tip but a comment at the bottom of the check about our disappointment."thank you for your nice service".
