After hunting down some Mexican-style grilled chicken, a friendly Super Mercado employee pointed me toward Don Carbon, and boy, am I glad she did! This unassuming joint serves up the most mouthwatering, authentic mesquite-grilled chicken, and their charro beans? Spicy perfection! With a drive-through crew that's as friendly as they are efficient, I'm already plotting my next visit to snag some of that deliciousness again!
