I ordered an edible arrangement for my mom for Valentine's Day while she was visiting family. When it arrived, she found the fruit was unripe and had to toss it, which was surprising. I contacted customer service, and they were incredibly friendly and resolved the issue by sending a replacement that my mom loved. Thank you to the west loop store for their excellent service; we truly appreciate it and will keep coming back!
