I was amazed by the exceptional service provided by the delivery guy from the College Station store. When my brother was unexpectedly in surgery, the delivery guy went above and beyond by contacting me to arrange a new delivery location at the hospital. I am incredibly grateful for his thoughtfulness and quick thinking in a challenging situation. The local ownership and outstanding customer service at this establishment truly set it apart.
