The Rice and Chicken Soup at El Potro Mexican Restaurant on Perry Road in Plainfield is absolutely delicious! The broth is savory and the shredded chicken is plentiful. I also enjoyed the Mini Taco Salad with chicken, which turned out to be more filling than expected. The Vegetarian Burrito with a side of refried beans was a generous portion and packed with flavorful grilled vegetables.
